NORA LYNN LEECH

Nora Lynn Leech is the founder and has been designing for more years. She loves a good design challenge, and presentations are one of her secret favorites to design. She lived in NYC for years and is currently hiding out in Connecticut with her family.

NATALIE FRIGO

Natalie Frigo is an Art Director with 20+ years of graphic design experience. She thrives on tackling projects with multiple parameters— the smaller the target, the more fun! Based in Brooklyn, she enjoys taking in as much culture as possible, especially food, architecture, music, and movies. 

AARON KELSEY

Aaron Kelsey is a marketing professional with over seven years of experience in project management and marketing strategy. Throughout his career, he has worked across industries such as food, retail, and eCommerce, focusing on driving results and building meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about mountain biking, hiking, camping, cooking, and gardening. These hobbies inspire his creative approach to marketing and fuel his drive for continuous innovation.

CAROLYN BROADWELL

Carolyn has been with Exupery Design since March 2024, bringing both hands-on design experience and project management skills to her work. She has a deep love for print design, believing that nothing beats seeing a project come to life as a tangible, finished product.

Carolyn is from Lexington, South Carolina, and when she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Lane, and their two furbabies, Diesel and Willy.
